What counts as a prompt?

One question to Portafel AI, one What-if scenario or one morning briefing. A request that fails is never counted. The daily market, news and portfolio summaries are always free.

When does my allowance refresh?

Every month — on your billing date for Plus and Pro, and on the first of the month for Free. Unused prompts don't roll over. Upgrading gives you the new allowance straight away.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. A subscription bought in the Portafel app is managed in the App Store or Google Play. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.
